How to deposit on Lulabet

Log into your LulaBet account.

How to withdraw on Lulabet

Before you can withdraw, you need to be KYC verified.

You can upload your valid ID or Passport and a proof of address no older than 3 months via your account, or send an email on support@lulabet.co.za with your documents and we will upload them for you.

2. Choose the amount you would like to withdraw, and click Submit. Your minimum withdrawal amount is R300 and the max per day is R1000

4. Go to your nearest ATM and withdraw

For FNB eWallet

1. Dial *120*277# to access the eWallet
2. Select ‘Get cash’
3. You’ll receive an SMS with an ATM PIN

For Standard Bank Instant Money

1. Dial *120*212#
2. Enter your pin
3. Select 3 (Withdraw Money)
4. Enter amount

Withdraw at ATM – multiples of R50

For other amounts, withdraw at Spar, Rhino, Cambridge Food, Checkers, Choppies and many other retailers When the money is sent, you will get a voucher number and PIN to collect the money at  an ATM or retail partners.

EFT

Before you can withdraw for the first time, you will be asked to input your banking details, and to upload a copy of your bank statement or a bank letter (clear and legible) with your name and banking details. We will verify your details before you can withdraw for the first time.

1. Click on your account in the top right of the screen, and click on withdraw
2. Choose EFT as your method of withdrawal
3. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw and click Submit

Cash Send requests are completed within 24 hours, and then the SMS’s are sent after the requests are completed.  Pins are only valid for 24 hours, if your pin expires, please contact your bank for a new pin.

How to FICA a Lulabet account

– Tax certificate
– Bank statement or letter from your bank
– A municipal bill
– Any accounts statement

3. Choose the document to upload, add the document type and expiry date
4. Click submit and finish
