How to do a Betway Password Reset if you Forgot your Password

Once you are in the password reset area all you need to do is enter the mobile number you used when you registered the account. You must use a full South African mobile number in the mobile number field. For example use 0821231234 instead of 821231234.

Once you have entered your mobile number then it’s time to click on the Password Reset button. Once you’ve clicked Password Reset you will receive a 5 digit Betway password reset token SMS on your mobile and you’ll be redirected to the final step. The SMS may take up to a minute so don’t stress. Save the reset number from the SMS and enter it in the “Enter SMS Reset Code” field.

The next step is to select a new password, be sure to chose a secure password that only you know (Check out some tips on how to chose a strong password). Once the reset code and new password are entered you simply need to click the Password Reset button and you’ll have reset your Betway password!

Check to see if your new password works

The final step is to see if you can login to your Betway account using your new password. To login to Betway enter your username and new password and you will be able to access your Betway account.
